Two numbers decide your plan. Nothing else does.
NXT meters role verification only. Feature modules, chains, and real-time NFT transfer monitoring are not metered.
Verified members and rules
Verified members are server members holding at least one role managed by an NXT rule. Rules are all the verification rules in the server, enabled or disabled. Free covers 500 members and 20 rules, Growth 1,500 and 50, Pro 5,000 and 150. Enterprise limits are set with you.
Hourly re-checks on every plan
A scheduled sweep re-checks every verified member against every rule once an hour on every plan, including Free. NFT transfers on your gated contracts also trigger a re-check as soon as NXT sees them, usually within seconds. ERC-20, native balance, and custom API rules update on the hourly sweep.
Billing never removes roles. Ever.
Going over a limit or missing a payment never takes roles away from your members. Here is exactly what happens instead.
- Day 0
- Your server goes over its member or rule limit, or a payment fails. Everything keeps working and the dashboard shows a notice with the date the grace period ends.
- Days 1 to 30
- Upgrade, delete rules, or update your card. Once you are back within limits or paid up, the notice clears.
- After day 30
- New role grants pause. Members who already hold roles keep them, and NXT still removes roles from members who no longer qualify, so your gating stays accurate.
- Resolved
- Grants resume once NXT records the change, and members who verified in the meantime get their roles on the next check.
Billing questions
What counts as a verified member?
A member of your server who holds at least one role that one of your NXT verification rules manages, whichever bot assigned it. Members who hold none of those roles, such as members who only passed captcha, do not count.
Is the plan per server or per account?
Per server. Each Discord server you add NXT to has its own plan, limits, and billing. You can run Free on one server and Pro on another.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe, from Dashboard > Plan and billing. NXT never sees or stores your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Dashboard > Plan and billing. If you cancel, your server returns to the Free plan limits. Rules and settings are kept, and existing roles stay in place.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for 30 days while you update the card. If the payment is still outstanding after that, new role grants pause. Existing roles are never removed because of billing.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, write to support@nxtnft.app and we will look at it.
What does Enterprise include?
Custom member and rule limits, hourly re-checks or a cadence agreed with you, CSV export, and the Members API. Contact support@nxtnft.app with your server size and requirements.
