Multi-chain token gating for communities that live on more than one chain.
Projects deploy on several networks: a genesis collection on Ethereum, a newer one on a layer 2, a token somewhere else. NXT reads all of them. 44 EVM networks are built in, and any other EVM chain can be added to your server with its chain ID and RPC URLs.
One community, several chains
When holdings are spread across chains, a single-chain gate leaves part of the community out. Running a separate bot per chain splits verification, roles, and support across tools.
Members should also not have to prove the same wallet once per chain.
How NXT handles several chains
Every rule has its own network, so one server can mix rules on Ethereum, Base, Polygon, ApeChain, and any other supported chain. Several rules can grant the same role, so a holder on either chain qualifies. A Combo rule can require conditions on different chains at once, for example a Contract condition on Ethereum and another on Base.
Because an EVM address is the same on every chain, a member proves a wallet once, on any listed network, and that wallet is checked against rules on every chain. Custom networks belong to your server only, and you can add a private RPC for a built-in chain, with NXT's public endpoints kept as a fallback.
NFT transfers trigger re-checks on every chain NXT watches for your rules.
Set it up. Three steps.
Pick networks per rule
Choose the network on each rule. Built-in chains need no setup.
Add a chain if needed
In Dashboard > Networks, add any EVM chain with its chain ID and up to five RPC URLs.
Combine across chains
Use separate rules for "or" and a Combo rule for "and" across chains.
Multi-chain details
Built-in networks
44 EVM networks with public RPC endpoints and automatic failover.
Custom chains
Add any EVM chain to your server. NXT checks every RPC URL answers with that chain ID.
Private RPC
Use your own endpoint for a built-in chain. Only the host is shown in the dashboard.
One proof
A wallet proven on any network counts for rules on every chain.
Cross-chain Combo
Require up to five conditions, on different contracts and chains, in one rule.
Per-chain coverage
OpenSea collection rules and the floor bot follow OpenSea's chain coverage. Every other rule works everywhere.
