A Discord support tickets bot that shows staff who they are helping.
NXT gives members a private line to your staff. Each ticket is a private thread with the intake answers and the member's holder context at the top, and every message is kept in a transcript in your dashboard.
Support in public channels does not scale
Wallet questions, partnership requests, and scam reports do not belong in a public channel, and direct messages to staff are exactly what scammers imitate. A ticket system keeps conversations private and in one place.
In a token-gated server, staff also need context: has this member verified, how many wallets do they have, which roles do they hold.
How NXT tickets work
You pick a panel channel and a staff role, then add categories such as Wallet help or Partnerships. Each category can have an auto response and up to 5 intake questions shown in a modal before the ticket opens.
When a member opens a ticket, NXT creates a private thread, adds the member, and posts a holder context card with the intake answers, the number of wallets the member has linked, and the NXT roles they hold. The staff role is mentioned, which adds its members to the thread. Each member can have up to 3 open tickets.
Either side can close a ticket. NXT locks and archives the thread, and the transcript, including attachment links, stays in Dashboard > Support tickets.
