Map your setup module by module
A server often uses one bot for several jobs at once: verification, an entry gate, a sales channel, giveaways. When you evaluate a replacement, map each job separately, because each one moves on its own schedule.
In NXT, each of those jobs is a module in the same dashboard, and every module is available on every plan. Token-gated roles use ten rule kinds. The captcha is an image challenge inside Discord. Tickets are private threads with transcripts. Giveaways can be weighted by roles or by NFTs held, and winners are re-checked at the draw.
Start with verification, since it affects the most members, then move the other modules one at a time.

Move verification first
Add NXT, recreate each role rule against the same Discord roles, and post the NXT verify panel while Vulcan keeps running.
Move the entry gate
Set up NXT captcha in a gate channel and update channel permissions to use its role.

Recreate sales feeds, ticket categories, and upcoming giveaways in NXT, then retire the old modules.
Keeping access steady
NXT never removes roles from members who have not linked a wallet on NXT, so members who take a while to re-verify keep the roles your current bot gave them.
For sales feeds, note that NXT posts sales from the moment a sales bot is created and does not backfill past sales, so create the NXT feed before you turn the old one off. For giveaways, let draws already running finish where they started and create new ones in NXT.
