What to check for reaction roles
Reaction roles look simple, but a few details matter: which modes you need, whether you can use your server's custom emoji, whether roles can be added to a message you already posted, and whether any role could be handed out by mistake.
NXT supports four modes: toggle, unique (one role from the set), add only, and remove only for opt outs. You can post a new message with an automatic list of roles, or paste the link of any message in your server, such as an embed you built. Token-gated roles and the captcha role can never be handed out by reaction, so nobody can skip verification by tapping an emoji.
For embeds, NXT has a builder with a live Discord preview, link buttons, and JSON import from Discohook, and it edits a posted message in place when you change it.

Recreate each message
In Dashboard > Reaction roles, paste the link of your existing message or post a new one, then match emoji to roles.
Remove the old setup
Delete the old reaction role configuration for that message so only NXT responds to reactions.
After the move
Roles members already have stay in place. NXT only adds or removes a reaction role when a member reacts or removes a reaction on a message NXT manages.
You can add token-gated holder roles, a captcha gate, polls, and giveaways from the same dashboard whenever you are ready.
