A Ticket Tool alternative for NFT projects, with holder context for your staff.

If your server uses Ticket Tool for support and you are reviewing your options, this page explains how NXT tickets work and how to move your categories over. NXT tickets run in private threads and open with the member's linked wallet count and NXT roles, so staff know who they are helping.

What NFT support needs

Most support questions in an NFT server are about access: a member holds the NFT but does not see the holder channel, or a role disappeared after a transfer. Staff answer those faster when they can see the member's wallets and roles without asking.

NXT tickets open with that context. Each category has its own description, an optional automatic first response, and up to five intake questions that members answer before the thread opens. The staff role is pinged, and every message is saved as a transcript in the dashboard.

Because NXT also runs verification, staff can open the member's profile in the dashboard and run a live holdings check while the ticket is open.

NXT ticket features

Categories

Each with a label, description, and optional automatic first response.

Intake questions

Up to five questions per category in a modal before the thread opens.

Private threads

NXT adds the member and pings your staff role.

Holder context

Linked wallet count and NXT roles in the ticket. Wallet addresses in the dashboard once the member verified in your server.

Transcripts

Messages and attachment links are saved as they are sent and never deleted automatically.

Close anywhere

Close from the thread with one button, or from the dashboard.

Switching from Ticket Tool. One feature at a time.

  1. Add NXT

Add NXT and give it permission to create private threads in your support channel.

  2. Recreate categories

In Dashboard > Support tickets, add each category with its questions and first response, and pick your staff role.

  3. Swap the panel

Post the NXT ticket panel, then remove the old panel once open tickets are resolved.

Open tickets during the switch

Let tickets that are already open finish in the old bot. New tickets go through the NXT panel as soon as it is posted, so there is no gap in support.

Transcripts from the old bot stay wherever that bot stored them. NXT keeps its own transcripts in the dashboard from the first ticket onward.

Ticket Tool is a trademark of its owner. NXT is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ticket Tool. This page describes NXT only; check the other product's own documentation for its current features.
