The member directory in Dashboard > Members lists the members of your server with their verification status, roles, and proven wallets.
Finding members
- Search by display name, username, Discord ID, or any wallet address the member has proven.
- Filter by verification status (verified or not verified) and by role, and sort the list.
A member counts as verified once they have proven at least one wallet and hold a role from an NXT rule, or completed Verify in your server.
Member profile
Open a member to see:
- Wallets: every wallet they have proven, with the proof method and date. Delegated cold wallets show the hot wallet they were imported through.
- Live holdings check: runs every enabled rule against their wallets right now and shows pass, fail, or unknown for each, with details such as the balance found.
- Role history: the latest 100 roles NXT granted or removed, with the time and the reason, for example "verified", "token transfer", or "scheduled re-check: no longer qualifies".
- Tickets: support tickets the member opened, with links to the transcripts.
Overview analytics
The dashboard overview shows member, verified, and NXT role holder counts, your verified members and rules against your plan limits, rules that need attention, a weekly chart of roles added and removed, and the newest, recently verified, and recently removed members.
Export and API
On every plan, including Free:
- CSV export downloads members with their roles and wallets.
- The Members API gives your own tools read access to the same data. The API includes wallets only for members who verified in your server.
Privacy
Members' wallets are visible to the admins of servers they belong to. See the privacy policy for details.
