An ERC-20 rule grants a role based on a fungible token balance.
Settings

NXT reads the token's symbol and decimals when you enter the address, so amounts are entered in normal units rather than base units.
How it is checked
NXT reads balanceOf for each of the member's wallets and adds the balances. The rule passes when the total is at least the minimum and, if set, at most the maximum.
Re-checks
NXT does not watch ERC-20 transfers in real time. Balances are read when a member verifies or changes wallets, and every verified member is re-checked by the hourly sweep, which also picks up changes such as rebasing.
