NXT is a Discord bot for onchain communities. It grants roles based on what members hold on any EVM chain, keeps those roles accurate over time, and bundles the community tools most token gated servers need: captcha, onboarding, support tickets, giveaways, a sales bot, an art bot, a floor bot, and a member directory.
What makes NXT different
Members never connect a wallet. There is no website to visit, nothing to sign, and no link to click. A member proves a wallet from inside your Discord channel by sending a tiny amount from that wallet to itself, or, where enabled, by adding a short code to their OpenSea profile. Because there is no connect step, there is nothing for a wallet drainer to imitate.
Proofs are shared across NXT. Once a wallet is proven, it is recognized in every server that uses NXT. A returning member clicks Verify and gets their roles in seconds.
Roles stay true. NXT watches NFT transfer events on your gated contracts as they land and also sweeps every verified member against every rule once an hour. A role is removed only when a check definitively shows the member no longer qualifies. Temporary problems such as a slow RPC endpoint or missing metadata never remove a role.
Any EVM chain. 44 networks are built in, and any other EVM chain can be added with its chain ID and RPC URLs. See Networks.
How it fits together
- You add NXT to your server and open the dashboard.
- You create verification rules that map on-chain conditions to Discord roles.
- You set up a verification channel where NXT posts a panel with a Verify button.
- Members click Verify. NXT checks their proven wallets, or walks them through proving one, and grants the roles they qualify for.
- NXT keeps checking. When a gated NFT moves, the affected members are re-checked automatically, and every verified member is re-checked hourly.
Everything else, such as captcha, tickets, and giveaways, is optional and can be enabled whenever you are ready.
Where to go next
- Add NXT to your server
- Add or remove a wallet, for members
- Plans and limits
- Migrating from another bot
