NXT supports Solana alongside EVM chains. Members link Solana wallets without connecting them or signing anything, and you can gate roles, run giveaways and post sales for Solana collections from the same dashboard.
How members link a Solana wallet
Members click Verify in your verification channel and pick a method.
Solana wallet (same-wallet transfer)
- Click Solana wallet and paste the Solana address.
- NXT shows a tiny, exact amount of SOL, for example
0.000012345. - Send exactly that amount from the wallet to the same wallet in Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or any other Solana wallet. The SOL stays in the wallet; only the network fee is spent.
- Click I sent it. NXT finds the transfer in the wallet's recent transactions, or you can paste the transaction signature.
OpenSea profile
- Click OpenSea profile and paste the Solana address.
- Add the short code NXT shows to the bio of the OpenSea profile that owns that wallet, then click Check.
A wallet linked once works in every server that uses NXT. Members can link several Solana and EVM wallets, and holdings are added up across all of them.
Rules for Solana
| Rule | What it checks |
|---|---|
| Solana NFT collection | Holds NFTs from a collection. Optional maximum for tiers, and an optional list of specific NFTs (mint addresses) for 1/1s and honoraries. |
| Solana trait | Holds an NFT from a collection with any or all of the traits you choose. |
| Solana token | Holds a minimum balance of an SPL token (classic or Token-2022) or SOL, with an optional maximum. |
| OpenSea collection | When an OpenSea collection lives on Solana as well as EVM chains, holdings on all of them are added together. |
| Combo | Mix Solana and EVM conditions. All must pass. |
Finding the collection address
Magic Eden, Tensor and OpenSea show it on the collection page, usually labeled as the collection or on-chain collection address. Paste it into the rule and NXT looks it up and shows the collection name.
NXT counts an NFT when its verified collection matches. Older collections without a verified collection can be matched by their verified creator address instead.
Traits
Trait rules read each NFT's metadata, with OpenSea as a fallback. Click Load traits from OpenSea to pick trait names and values from a list, or type them. Matching ignores letter case and extra spaces.
Blocked tokens
Under Blocked tokens, choose a Solana collection used by a rule and paste the NFT's mint address. Blocked NFTs never count toward any rule.
Bots and giveaways
- Sales bot: pick Solana as the network and paste the collection address. Sales are taken from OpenSea's sales feed for the collection and posted about a minute after they happen, with the image, price, buyer and seller, and links to OpenSea and Solscan. The collection must be listed on OpenSea.
- Art bot: members type the keyword and an NFT's mint address, or use
/art, and NXT shows the image and traits. - Floor bot: floor price, 24 hour volume and owners from OpenSea, in SOL.
- Giveaways: choose a Solana collection to weight entries by NFTs held. Members can pick a Solana wallet to receive the prize.
How checks run
- When a member verifies, and on every scheduled re-check (every 2 days on Free, daily on Standard, hourly on Pro).
- When OpenSea reports a sale or transfer for a Solana collection used by a rule, NXT re-checks the buyer, seller, sender and receiver if they linked those wallets. This usually happens about a minute after the NFT moves.
If Solana or OpenSea does not respond, the result is unknown and roles are never removed because of it.
Public RPCs
NXT reads Solana from free public RPC endpoints with automatic failover. Owner token lookups are only offered by Solana's own public endpoint, which is rate limited, so NXT paces its requests to stay within it.
Compressed NFTs and Metaplex Core
Standard and programmable NFTs work on public RPCs. Compressed NFTs and Metaplex Core assets need a DAS (Digital Asset Standard) endpoint. Contact us through the Get help form if your collection uses either.
What has no Solana equivalent
- delegate.xyz wallet imports: delegate.xyz is an EVM protocol, so it has no Solana registry to read.
- Staking rule: it calls a function on an EVM staking contract. Solana staking programs differ by project, so use a Custom API rule for staked Solana NFTs.
Test a rule
On the rule page, the Test section accepts a Solana address as well as an EVM address, so you can check a wallet before saving.
